Overview

How it works

A single fluid system heats and cools your reactor with one thermal fluid, so there is no changeover between steam, water and brine. Ramp rates are smooth, there is no flashing or thermal shock, and one controller manages the whole profile.

The skid combines an electric heater, a cooling exchanger fed by a chiller or cooling tower, an expansion tank with nitrogen blanketing and a sealed circulation pump. The controller runs ramp-and-soak programmes and can follow the jacket or the mass temperature of the reactor.

Key features

−80 °C to +300 °C

Full process range on one fluid, one loop and one skid.

Programmable ramps

Ramp-and-soak profiles with jacket or product-temperature control.

No changeover

No mixing of utilities, no flushing and no cross-contamination.

Sealed circuit

Nitrogen-blanketed expansion tank protects the fluid from oxidation and moisture.

Fast response

Direct heating and cooling exchangers give quick, smooth temperature changes.

PLC + HMI

Recipe storage, trends, alarms and optional SCADA connectivity.

FAQ

Common questions

Why use a single fluid system instead of separate utilities?

Switching between steam, water and brine wastes time and risks contamination and thermal shock. One fluid gives continuous control across the whole range.

Can it be used in a hazardous area?

Yes. We build flameproof versions for classified areas on request.

Can you retrofit it to existing reactors?

Usually yes. We survey your reactor jacket and piping and design the skid around it.
